1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy and Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of individuals (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) when using the services of "TEZPUL ONLINE" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Provider, TEZPUL), including websites, mobile applications, and other digital products. The Policy is drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 "On Personal Data" and applies to all personal data that TEZPUL may obtain about the Customer, including when using the и MyID service for identification.

1.2. The use of TEZPUL services, including integration with MyID, signifies the the Customer's unconditional acceptance of this Policy. If the Customer does not agree with the terms, they must refrain from using the services.

2. Composition and sources of TEZPUL data

2.1. TEZPUL обрабатывает следующие категории "On Personal Data" данных Заказчика:

2.1.1. Data provided by the Customer independently during registration and use of services:
  • passport or ID card series and number;
  • date of birth;
  • Mobile phone number
2.1.2. Data obtained through integration with the MyID service and requests to government information systems:
  • digital photo portrait;
  • personal Identification Number of a Physical Person (PINFL);
  • passport or ID card series and number;
  • date of birth;
  • date of issue and expiry date of the passport or ID card;
  • surname, first name, and patronymic in the state language (Latin alphabet);
  • surname and first name in English;
  • gender;
  • place of issue of the passport or ID card;
  • vital status;
  • country and place of birth;
  • nationality;
  • citizenship;
  • residential registration address;
  • taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
2.1.3. Data collected automatically while using the services:
  • Mobile device information (model, OS version, unique identifiers, mobile network data);
  • Information about the Customer's actions while using the services (installation and uninstallation, referral URL, type and status of identification and authentication actions, date and time of operations, and other information related to the use of the services).

2.2. TEZPUL has the right to transfer the Customer's personal data to external information systems (websites, applications, etc.) once the Customer accepts this Policy.

2.3. All specified data are processed exclusively in automatic mode.

3. Use of the MyID service for identification and authorization.

3.1. For the purposes of Customer authentication and identification, TEZPUL utilizes integration with the MyID service (“Davlat axborot tizimlarini yaratish va qo‘llab-quvvatlash bo‘yicha yagona integrator UZINFOCOM” MCHJ) bilan integratsiyadan foydalanadi. In doing so, TEZPUL receives the Customer's personal data specified in Section 2.1.2 exclusively through secure communication channels and uses them to provide access to its own services and integrated external information resources.

3.2. All data processing and transfer through MyID comply with this Policy, the terms of the TEZPUL User Agreement, and the MyID service privacy policy.

4. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

4.1. TEZPUL processes the Customer's personal data for the following purposes:

  • carrying out the identification and authentication of the Customer;
  • Providing services and ensuring access to TEZPUL services and external information resources (including on the basis of the User Agreement);
  • compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  • ensuring security and fraud prevention;
  • improving the quality and convenience of services, as well as their personalization;
  • conducting analytical, statistical, and other research on an anonymized basis;
  • performing credit scoring, including the use of services and standards of the credit bureau in accordance with the privacy policy of infokredit.uz;
  • use of personal data for marketing purposes, including sending information and advertising messages, personal offers, and notifications about new products and services of TEZPUL and/or its partners;

4.2. After performing scoring, TEZPUL (the Provider) is entitled to transfer the Customer's personal data to a bank, microfinance organization, pawnshop, or leasing company (credit organizations) for preliminary review and decision-making on credit availability.

4.3. TEZPUL does not process personal data beyond the necessary volume and timeframes determined by the purposes and requirements of the law.

5. Terms of Personal Data Transfer and Processing

5.1. TEZPUL processes personal data only with the consent of the Customer, except in cases stipulated by law.

5.2. The use of the services is impossible without the consent of the customer.

5.3. Data transfer to third parties is possible only:

  • upon coordination and with the consent of the Customer;
  • to an external integrated information resource to provide access or confirm authentication status;
  • in cases directly provided by law or by a court decision.
  • to a bank, microfinance organization, pawnshop, or leasing company — after performing scoring.

5.4. Before transferring to an external information resource, the Customer is informed of: the name of the resource, the owner of the resource, and the list of transferred data.

5.5. The Customer is entitled to exclude a resource from the list; in this case, re-consent will be required upon the next request.

5.6. The Customer is entitled to revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

6. Protection and Storage of Personal Data

6.1. TEZPUL implements necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, destruction, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other unlawful actions.

6.2. Personal data is stored no longer than required by the purposes of processing or by the norms of legislation.

7. Changes to the Policy

7.1. TEZPUL is entitled to make changes to this Policy without the consent of the Customer.

7.2. All changes are posted within TEZPUL services and take effect three days after the moment of publication The previous version becomes void from the moment the changes take effect.

7.3. In case of disagreement with the amended Policy, the Customer must cease using the TEZPUL services.
